Bärta® is tempeh made from fermented Swedish split peas. A nutty umami flavour, combined with the peas’ mild sweetness and lovely chewy texture makes Bärta® a perfect main ingredient in everything from tacos to goulash. Our “Helbit Rå & Naturell” is an unpasteurized whole piece that can be minced, broken into stew cuts or sliced and fried as is.
